please find in the URL below how to add Arabic Language to your windows Xp which will enable you to type in Arabic language .
you have to have windows xp Cd and then put it in your Cd drive and do as its explained in this video

It is very simple you have option in your computer about this.Once you installed window then you can choose language which one do you like.It is very simple.You will get this option in Control panel.
